Your online order will be delivered at no charge, shipped via postal mail 5-10 business days.

PAYMENT

Subject to Paypal or Credit Card terms and conditions but will be charged at the time of the order.

When you e-mail a certain product image to a friend, we will request both you and your friend's names and e-mail addresses to ensure your friend will know that you have asked MYSINGLERING.COM to send them an e-mail. Unless permission is otherwise granted, we will use these addresses solely for this purpose. The same restrictions apply when you refer a friend to the MYSINGLERING.COM site via one of our online forms.

MYSINGLERING.COM RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

The MYSINGLERING.COM return and exchange policy gives you ample time to ensure you made the right purchase decision.

In the unlikely event that you aren't satisfied, simply return any item (without custom engraving) in its original condition within 10 days of the shipment date for a refund or an exchange.

Your purchase can be exchanged for another item, the same item in a different size, or for repair. Once it’s received, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days after review by our Quality Control department. Items that have been engraved, altered, resized, or seem worn or damaged in any way will not be accepted for a return or an exchange.

Returning or Exchanging an Item

To return a Single Ring to MYSINGLERING.COM, follow our three step process:

1. E-MAIL us at info@mysinglering.com for your Return Authorization Code. Write this code on the outside of the box you are returning.

2. Re-package your item in the original box, wrap and mail to the mysinglering.com Customer Service Center:

3. Use the US Postal Service Registered Mail for your package with a confirmation receipt. Customer will be responsible for shipping and handling of returned items.
